    Three Keys to Developing and Maintaining Inspiration and Passion

    As educators, we all began in our first teaching positions excited to take on the challenge we had spent years preparing for. We were dreaming of becoming that educator who makes a positive impact in the lives of students. We were ready, we were inspired, and we were passionate.

    How can that inspiration and passion be maintained? How can it be made to grow?

    There are the obvious answers like having supportive leaders, fair treatment, friendly coworkers, and autonomy. Those components definitely help, but how can we maintain and develop inspiration and passion even more? The kind of passion that continually builds and spreads?
